DEPARTMENT:Neuro Trauma ICU
SCHEDULE:Full-Time, Night shift. 6:30pm-7am. 3, 12-hour shifts. 36 hours per week.
LOCATION:Ascension St. John Medical Center, Tulsa
Neuro Trauma Intensive Care is a 22-bed unit treating Critically ill patients suffering from trauma injuries, spinal cord injuries, extensive back and abdomen surgeries, neurosurgical surgeries, subarachnoid and other brain injuries as well as recover kidney transplant recipients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Associate with Ascension St. John, you will have the opportunity to assistwith basic patient care activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).

Assists in providing care appropriate to population specific facilitating timely and individualized care of assigned patients.

Assists patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
*
Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
*
Assists with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

BLS Providerobtained within1 Month (30 days)of hire date or job transfer date.
EDUCATION:
