The Certified Nursing Assistant assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel.

Qualifications

Virginia State Certified Nursing Assistant. First Aid (First Aid certification is required within 60 days of employment.). Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent. CNA experience. Basic Life Support (BLS).
