Believe me, You’ve Got This.” Lisa Howell, Ph.D., medical health psychologist, Mayo Clinic Health System and assistant teacher of Psychology in the Mayo Center College of Medicine and Science, provided “Dealing with Covid-19 by Rejuvenating Your Strength.”
