There have been 456 new cases of COVID-19 verified in the Republic, according to the Department of Health.
There have been six additional deaths connected with the virus in the past 24 hours.
The latest figures bring the total quantity of cases here to 67,526, while the variety of coronavirus-related deaths stands at 1,978
The numbers are reflective of the denotification of 29 validated cases of the infection.
Of the latest cases, 69%are under 45 years of age, while the median age is 33 years of ages.
Relating to the across the country circulation of cases, 151 are in Dublin, 38 in Limerick, 27 in Cork, 27 in Donegal, 27 in Galway and the staying 186 cases are spread out across 20 other counties.

Dr Tony Holohan, Chief Medical Officer at the Department of Health stated: “Analysis these days’s data shows the five-day moving average of case numbers has increased from 354 to 392.
” We have seen higher numbers in recent days than we anticipated based on the encouraging patterns of the last 3 weeks.
” We are worried that this development is at danger.
He added: “We have to keep in mind that the infection is still really active in the community and we can not let our guard slip.
” NPHET will continue to keep track of the circumstance closely over the coming days.
” We all need to focus on what we can do to stop the spread of this illness; clean our hands frequently, use a face covering, keep our distance from others, avoid crowds, limit our social network, know the symptoms, self-isolate and call a GP if we have them.
” Stay at home and restrict our movements if you are a close contact of a validated case.”
Northern Ireland
Meanwhile, 511 brand-new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Northern Ireland in the last 24 hours.
There have also been ten extra deaths reported by the Department of Health there.
It comes as the DUP is being implicated of using a kind of “coercive control” in its efforts to reduce the North’s COVID-19 lockdown.
Previous Deputy First Minister and SDLP leader Mark Durkan said the celebration’s actions and usage of a cross-community system to ban propositions extending limitations, despite them being backed by other parties, were “downright irresponsible”.
