A qualified nursing assistant, or CNA, assists patients or customers with health care needs under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Certified Nurse (LPN). CNAs are the caregiver who assists clients with activities of day-to-day living and basic needs. They provide clients safe and more comfortable environment. CNAs spend most of their time assisting clients and listening to their issues or needs.
