Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 3rd Shift

Somerton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 225 bed nursing and rehab facility located in the Northeast Philadelphia, is looking to hire enthusiastic Certified Nursing Assistants to support our nursing team.

Full Time and Part Time schedules available

Shifts:11pm-7am

The responsibilities & duties:

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents’ main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
• Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
• Communicate any observations in change of resident’s status to the nursing team
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs

Must possess a CNA certificate in the in the state of PA upon hire.
