The most successful candidates:
- Have experience in long-term care or physical rehabilitative setting
- Willing to train CNAs with the drive to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to work with the geriatric population
- Possess a positive attitude
- Treat each resident with care, compassion, dignity, and respect
- Are patient team players with the ability to adapt to easily to change
- Communicate effectively with the residents you care for as well as the nursing team
- Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident’s needs and preferences
The responsibilities & duties:
- Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents’ main care giver through providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
- Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
- Communicate any observations in change of resident’s status to the nursing team
- Provide accuracy in documentation by completing forms, reports, and logs

The Qualifications:
- Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate for the state of Pennsylvania
- Ability to perform physical tasks performed in CNA work
