- Have experience in long-term care or physical rehabilitative setting
- Willing to train CNAs with the drive to work in a fast-paced environment

- Communicate effectively with the residents you care for as well as the nursing team

The responsibilities & duties:
- Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents’ main care giver through providing necessary support for all ADLs
- Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
- Communicate any observations in change of resident’s status to the nursing team
- Provide accuracy in documentation by completing forms, reports, and logs

The Qualifications:
- Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate for the state of Pennsylvania upon hire
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in skilled nursing
